SIGNATURE DISHES
A must-try is the restaurant’s signature and legendary Peking Duck, sliced to perfection and served with traditional paper-thin rice flour pancakes and homemade plum dipping sauce. Other extremely popular dishes include Pan-fried Prawns in Cream Sauce, Fish Maw Soup and Snow Fish with Soy Sauce and Crispy Noodles.
