The Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok is pleased to present “A Taste of Indonesia”, a 10-day celebration of amazing Indonesian cuisine at Patummat Restaurant. Every evening from Wednesday 16th October through to Saturday 26th October diners can enjoy the authentic flavours of one of the world’s favourite cuisines, featuring the culinary expertise of special guest chef Khun Malulee Pinsuvana.

A distinguished chef and cookbook author, Khun Malulee spent more than 13 years living in Indonesia and throughout her glittering career, she has cooked for heads of state (including HM Queen Elizabeth II), ambassadors and senators.

Khun Malulee is providing her own tried and tested authentic recipes and will be expertly supervising Patummat’s chefs as they prepare a wide variety of Indonesian dishes including worldwide favourites like Beef Rendang (a dry, spicy, rich beef curry), Nasi Goreng (the famous Indonesian fried rice), Laksa (a spicy noodle soup with coconut milk) and Sate (grilled meat with peanut sauce), as well as lesser known though just as delicious dishes like Soto Ayam (chicken noodle soup with turmeric) and Nasi Tumpang (banana leaf wrapped rice), plus much, much more.
